Circular 011/2016: police pay award 2016 to 2017 and linking pay to the ARC threshold
This circular publicises amendments to the Secretary of State’s determinations under the Police Regulations 2003 to:
- implement the police pay award for 2016 to 2017 from 1 September 2016
- to link police officer pay progression to the College of Policing’s Assessing and Recognising Competence model (ARC) from 1 January 2017
The relevant amendments to Annex F and Annex U are attached.
